Tim Duncan. He's got his ring, he's experinced, he's an amazing team player. He goes out there every night and works his ass off.

I can see where you are coming from, but don't you think that a greal deal of sports is in how much money you can make? I would have to believe that in all aspects James would be a bigger draw and make you more money as a franchise.
James is averaging numbers that only Jordan could do... He is the first player since Jordan to average over 25ppg, 7 apg, and 7 rpg. He is amazing!!!

Good points I see it as Duncans got the ring. Duncan has a better chance of taking his team to the promise land. Lebron may draw more people but as an Owner I want that ring a little more so I go Duncan.
Lebron is amazing but I'm still not sold on his outside game. In my mind, and easier said then done, if he's kept to the outside for most his shots you can beat the guy. Tim Duncan has nearly no flaws. He can hit the outside jump shot and is a powerhouse inside.
Lebron James is gonna go down in history and is making the NBA what it is right now.

Then again Lebron could win you as many if not more championships than Tim Duncan. Lebron's jumpshot is something that can and will improve and he still has many years left in him. The situation DD mentioned is that you take control of a new franchise, so Lebron is a perfect player to build around, although I can see where your coming from picking Duncan. [/b][/quote]
Have to agree....
Duncan is a dominant player... but in my opinion Shaq is even more dominant. With that being said, neither Shaq nor Duncan could change a game with 2 seconds left on the clock and down by two. That is where I would pick a player like James.
I have a feeling that James is going to win a couple of rings in his career.
