Going from memory. Chiefs and Raiders are both 4-12. Next tie breakere is divisional record or Conferance Record. Chiefs only won two division games vs SD and Oakland both on the road. Only other win in the Conferance came against the Bengals. Raiders beat the Chiefs, Broncos and I can't remember who else.
