Really, no matter where you go, you're going to hear stories like this. The thing to remember too is that if you go to a Telus store, they are retail, and retail sucks right now for customer service. If you want the phone at the lower price and for 3 years, what's complaining about the past going to do for you. You may have a case if you got some other phone, and it's only been a day or so since. But if they weren't willing to budge before, I doubt they'd be willing to move on anything now that the price is lower.

Then again, I've heard of people who have called in and worked magic with people on the call centre, and gotten more than they asked for. All I can say is good luck.
It''s not a matter of trying to get any additional money off now. I am just baffled that they make it sound as if they have absolutely no room to move for a long-time loyal customer but then 2 days later the exact same product is $100 cheaper.
