I was driving from Edmonton last night, average traffic and was following a plow truck for a little bit. I had my low beams on as I was following this truck. We're cruising along doing 100 in the right lane as I was in no big hurry and noticed the plow truck was signalling and moving left. He had all his flashing lights and everything, but as soon as he made his move to the left, I found out why he did...a parked car, dark in color with no flashing lights on the rear of the vehicle, was partly in the right lane! That was some close. I wound up having to make a swerve to miss it! I know some people can't drive but parking isn't all that difficult!!! Pull off the road as far over as you can or use a pullout and turn on your flashers. Some people anyway
