Kinda unrelated, but I've posted there only a handful of times to ask an honest question about the ridershares program and bring a different perspective (I think it's an expensive donation, but said it nicer), and all I got was venom about 'supporting the team' and what not - generally not a nice place, for the most part, to post if you're not a Rider fan....which make s it funny to watch everything that's happening there right now (for me).
I hope I didn't come across as too much of a jackass there

If I were a fan of another team, I'd find it funny too. Honestly, it's gettin' ridiculous. Everyone needs to relax and wait til Burris signs - then we can dish out the love or venom.
And don't worry about being a jackass over there (although I never thought you were) - I may have been one a time or two myself.
And actually, I agree with you on the share program. Probably another discussion - all in all, I think it's a great, structured way to get $$$ for the team. I've seen the player facilities (dressing room, weight room, etc.) at Taylor Field - they need an upgrade to say the least.
