This one's interesting: making it illegal for a punter to kick out of bounds for more 'excitement in the game'. I'm not too sure about that one - I think it's great strategy, and it's exciting if the offence does a 108 yard drive, or if the team punting gets the ball back in good position to ram in a TD.

The other one: getting rid of the Rouge! I'm for this on the FG side - failure should not be rewarded, but if it's a punt that gets downed or goes through the endzone, it should be a point (especially considering downing it can be considered to have the same effect as the first rule proposed)
