Yes (If you go through Calgary sport and social club they supply the bases, bats, and I believe they give you an assortment of soft balls as well). Also beer.

Weekends are probably the best for me, sometimes my job can take me into the night on weekdays, but if it is a week night or two I can still make it.

Can play any position (however I might not be the best underhand slo pitcher)
