I agree with your first statement. The rest needs some work...
If she starts yapping at you between play stoppages just send her to grab you a couple beer. Next, be sure to whistle at the ice girls and if you two are actually talking for some reason at the time they come out on the ice be sure to shush her and focus on the ice girls. Even if you are in the lower bowl bring binoculars and whistle lots. When they have completely left the ice surface turn to her and say "you were saying?".
If the smooch cam pans in on the two of you stand up and motion like you are unzipping your pants. Everyone will share a hearty laugh and she'll probably respect you for being real.
Finally "the goon" was right. Watch the cussing, don't swear directly at her for any reason on the first date. Save that for the second one. But swearing at the opposing teams fans or the timbits is encouraged.
