Maybe if people just ordered a regular...black....coffee, this wouldn't be an issue.
I've always wondered at what point did people discovered they needed a large double double no-fat whipped cream soy triple shot shaken-not-stirred sans mocha-frapa-cappacuino with two sugar cubes, a shot of triple-double-single vanilla espresso and ginger / ginseng root... Oh, but hold back on the brown sugar; I don't want to make this complicated.
