They need to have a coffee express line where all you can order is coffee, no BS other crap that holds the line up for ever.
And you also know what grinds my gears: People who use the drive through to order 14 dozen donuts, 8 sandwhich's, 4 bowls of soup and 300 tim bits.
If you are going to order a whole s**t load of stuff. GO INSIDE.
