Thanks for the responses guys. Not having the 30 second skip seems like a pretty big oversight by Shaw. I have pretty much worn it out on my remote. On the other hand, it is something I can live with to save 50 bones a month.
Ken0042 - I have a 9200 (duh) and a 5100. Are you saying that I can trade them my old 5100 (with a dead hard drive) for a new HD PVR?
On the customer service side of things...Bell is notoriously bad, is Shaw any better?
