I know and it does for me on other computers as well. Anyways I figured out how to fix it.

1. Go to Start, and then click run
2. Type in CMD, and hit enter
3. Then type in netsh winsock reset
4. Restart your computer

I'm posting this just incase anyone else has this problem.
