The cattle that are slaughtered are killed in a very humane way. They don't suffer a painful death. One shot to the brain from an automated mechanism and it's over.
Those innocent animals in China were being killed for sport so some sadistic people can get their jollies watching a lamb being ripped to shreads. Cattle however are slaughtered for food and other products. There's a big difference
