I second this, the owner is very nice and their new shanghai-style lunch menu is pretty darn good, even though they claimed it as taiwanese haha.
For dinner Hawkwood Palace is a decent joint in the NW for those craving Westernized Chinese. For those living in the "Hills" try the recently opened "T.Pot" by the Harvest Hills T&T - Same genre & owned by the same guy as Forbidden City in the NE, better food & decor than the original.
