They might not prove anything for a court case but it may help his image if he is truly innocent...there was a NFL player who got his suspension lifted because of the lie detector test wasn't there? So there must be some proof behind taking one

He still had to tell it under oath, and why bring up Clemens name if it was false? All he had to do is tell them which players he injected, we found out that
Andy Pettitte receiving HGH is true. I don't think he had any reason to point the finger at Clemens except that it is true.
He looks bigger and in better shape at 40+ than he did during his "prime".
