Haha, just reading this thread making my mouth water. (Ghost people?) Anyways, there are a couple different ways to make this tomato-egg lazy-dinner. I would recommend to scramble eggs first, then set aside. then fry your tomatoes with a little salt and add some water and mix some liquified starch in to thicken the sauce (salt/pepper/ketchup to taste) and then mix the eggs back in. Its really trial and error thing... (onions are good in it too green or white). And I agree about Dragon Pearl - the Beef tendon noodle is good, if the tendon is "lum"
