I first went to a Churrascaria in Atlanta a few years ago. Fogo de Chao. It was $55 dollars when the exchange rate was at 65%.
I've been to Bolero's twice and both times have been pretty good. At $35 it's a good deal, especially when most steakhouses you're looking at the mid $20's for a nice steak alone. I would rate Bolero on the same level as the Fogo de Chao meat-wise (which you'd hope considering we're in Alberta), but the salad bar at Fogo was better
edit: There is also two "salad bars" at Bolero
One is cold, with cold cuts of meat, cheeses, vegetables and salads and then there's a hot bar with potatoes, stews, rice and the like.
