Haha, my mom used to make that like every night when I was growing up whenever she was lazy. I am so utterly sick of eggs and tomatoes I have to eat them separately now or maybe as part of a real English Breakfast. I think that kind of food can be found more at the Hong Kong cafe/cuisine type restaurants (where they have great western food like spagetti under baked cheese, delicious Borsch, etc. in addition to asian food) like You & Me, Calgary Court, or Sun Chiu Kee's, etc.

I must mention though that Salt & Pepper squid and Ginger Beef, though western created Chinese foods (Ginger Beef was invented right here in Calgary), are some of my favorite foods in the world.
