Last season I found a cell phone outside the Saddledome. I picked it up, looked around to see if anybody appeared to be looking for it. Tried to power it on, but the battery was dead. Took it home, pluged it into a USB port for power, and called the owner. (There was an entry labelled "mom.")
All worked out good, but looking back I technically could have been arrested; when my motives all along were to try and find the owner.
