I found this while searching up personal trainers on teh interwebs. I'm seriously considering doing this either starting next week or next month (depending on my work schedule).
It goes for one month from Monday to Friday starting at 5:30 AM for one hour (eg. INSANELY early). Looks to me like Biggest Loser, only you don't have be overweight to participate.
I'm not overweight in the least bit. I'm actually in decent shape, but I would like to increase my fitness level, and this appears way cheaper than sessions with a personal trainer.
Has anybody ever done this?
