That's what I'm thinking too. Although I don't think the 360 has the option for HD installs of games so that is the only thing I'd want a little confirmation about. I doubt it's a huge issue because it's not as if you're playing 5+ games at once.

Dell has the 40gig PS3 + HDMI cables + Rachet and Clank for $370 with free shipping. If I decide to go for the 80 gig it would be at the regular price of $500 and adding the cables and R&C (which I'd be getting either way) would bump the price up to at least $570. Basically I could just buy a PS2 on it's own too and still save $60-$70.
