I used your strategy robbob, just put the first point in the interest and second point into lightning and rest into interest. Also don't upgrade to the $720 lightning tower. Just buy alot of $100 Lightning towers.

Yeah thats what I did after I saw the cost to upgrade. For that 720 you could have 3 towers doing more damage together then the one upgraded for 720.
