One of the comments makes a good point about the injury to his shoulder possibly being cause when he grabbed the kid's boot.
This guy sounds like a combination of whiner and bully. Grabbing a kid and threatening to sue right then and there is like those goofballs that jump out of their cars 2 seconds after a 5kph rear ender and start screaming about the agony their neck is in.
