it's not his fault the dolphins are terrible, he didn't recruit the players they have!
I'm not a big dolphins fan so maybe Ktown can enlighten me, but really, does Cam Cameron deserve to be fired?
My bad, after reading the article, it appears as though this might be a front office job...if so, good on the dolphins.

Does he deserve to be fired? I'd say yes and I'll tell you why.
He has made terrible coaching mistakes in games, he doesn't take input from his veteran players and he doesn't move around his playmakers enough, IE JASON TAYLOR. Under Saban the defensive game plan was schemed around Taylor, hence why the D was so much better. Him and Mueller both passed on Brady Quinn at #9 for Ted Ginn Jr., when everyone knew we needed a QB. Ginn has done nothing this year. He drafted Beck who is allready 27, he doesn't have much time to learn, the jury is still out on him, but he showed nothing in the 4 games played. I hope he fires Mueller along with Cameron, they botched the draft where they had a chance at a qb. Now what do they do with the #1 pick. There is no major talent in this draft.
Cameron brought in Green for a draft pick, very dumb move. Everyone kne whe was one play away from being scrambled eggs with his concussion history.
Cameron and Mueller brought in Porter for huge amounts of money and they have no idea how to use him. Porter is a good defensive player in the right scheme, Miami's scheme does not suit him.
With all this being said I honestly do believe Cam could save his job possibly with a win against NE this week-end.
The team is in rebuilding mode, and will have some major decisions this offseason, the good news for Parcells that there is no where to go but up for the fins. I honestly hope they can't be worse than this year.
