Yeah its that time of year but our re-rates this year will be minor in nature. In fact we are only going to look at players that are now in the NHL that don't have NHL ratings.

So if you have someone that qualifies for - send the name to cphl1.

Let's say anyone 66 or below - and they must have a track record. Don't send me some chump that has 5 games this year. Ask yourself - are they an NHLer now? If the answer isn't a strong yes - don't waste our time please. If you do waste our time you'll find none of your players get a bump.

Do not send anyone in that has a rating already - we don't care if your 70 OVR player is having a darn good year and should be higher. That will happen in the off-season.
