I like how Heath Ledger's Joker seems like a combination of the comics, Jack Nicholson's Joker, and Mark Hamill's animated Joker. I think he'll do a great job.
As for Maggie Gyllenhaal v. Katie Holmes... there's a ton of better looking actresses in Hollywood, but I don't think many guys on CP would kick either out of their beds for eating cookies. She's a way better actress, and seeing as she's probably going to have a meatier role in this one (perhaps a death scene??), may as well sacrifice looks ever so slightly to get a superior actress without the bad press. Personally, I think Maggie is better looking, though I couldn't tell you why... she's kinda odd looking and (like her brother), looks like she's a little weird and crazy behind closed doors...but I'd probably opt for her over Holmes.
Not a big fan of the Batcycle, or the Tumbler. I kind of hope by the end of this one we are introduced to a more streamline and awesome Batmobile (like the 89 Batman movie or the Animated series). The Tumbler was understandable and realistic for a Batman who is just starting... but we're supposed to believe he's getting established now with an upgraded costume... and part of continuing that is a cool and distinct Batmobile that has more in common with a souped up car than a tank.
