I'll play.

For an appetizer I'd have a triple Rusty Nail ... Johnny Walker Red & Drambouie. The meal would start with a spinach salad I used to get at a place down in Kensington, made by whoever their chef was ... it had scallops, slivered almonds and mandarin wedges, with a hot Cointreau dressing. The meat would be either a barbecued steak (grass and grain fed Alberta Angus beef) which I'd barbecue, or if I didn't feel like barbecuing then I'd want my wife's sweet and sour meat balls. For veggies, pretty much anything as long as they're fresh and uncooked. Dessert would be a glass of cognac and my favourite cigar, followed by enough Cuba Libres to float an armada (hey, if it's my last meal I'm going to end it by putting three sheets to the wind!).

Joining me would be my wife and kids, and we'd be on a deserted stretch of beach somewhere on the Riviera Maya.
