I too hated this leg shaking syndrome when others did it... like on a long bench where it bothers the hell out of you. That was until I experienced it first hand... It was strange... you can't really do anything to stop it since it seems to be a muscular reflex... like a twitch. I find this happens more so for people that don't put their feet flat on the ground and keep their leg raised with their toes. For me, I have to keep my feet flat on the ground our else it starts to shake.... not the easiest thing to do when your short and some chairs/benches are high
