I would have, if I thought it was going to be a problem before the start of the exam, but because I thought it was going to stop, it didn't.... then the exam starts and if I say anything, I get a risk of getting tossed out, and the guy is still going. But I'll definitely take notice before the exam starts the next time around, just in case it happens again.
