The kids got money...or access to it. ICBC will see his 30 points worth of speeding tickets totaling more than 8 grand. Top it off with 3 at fault collisions (assuming) and no safe drivers discount (assuming), that would put him at a +18 on the claims rated scale. I looked at the ICBC site and the scale only goes to a +10 or 205% premium increase. Not to mention having his license suspended twice. The only thing I don't know is what a basic insurance premium would be on a Nissan 240. ICBC may let this guy have 3rd party coverage, but nothing else. I think this kid needs some of that taser treatment the next time he gets pulled over
