Also it might work for Jay-Z and Lebron but that is because they can afford to buy a new pair of raw denim everytime it starts to get a little faded.

I own a pair of nudie dry greycast that I have had for about 20 months or so. I wore them like 5 days a week a for a year. They are really starting to fall apart. Looking back I should have started out w/ the Selvage version or maybe a pair of APCs (which you can probably also find at some of the nicer jean stores)

Right now my personal favorite is my 1947 Levi's Collection (LVC) in dry selvage. I know a lot people prefer the Samurais, but I find the quality of the LVC just fine and prefer the classicness of actually havign Levis. These bad-boys are about 6 or 7 months old. I just washed them for the first time nad the fades are startign to come in, but they are so overdyed and the fabric is so thick they will need a lot more work than my nudies ever did.

A good place to buy dry denim online I find is cultizm.com. I ordered from there and my order came to my door in under 24 hours from Singapore!! incredible. There only problem is they are limited on brands. All they have is Levis, Lees, Nudies, Sugarcanes, and Wranglers.

What dry denim are you sporting?

Edit: I know superfuture has a serious hate on for diesels, but I think some of their stuff is actually quite hight quality and they are not nearly as gaudie as energie or true religion. They also have a ton of different styles, fits, and washes to fit just about any purpose.
Right now i'm on the 4th month with some nudie slim jims which are my second pair. I also bought a pair of regular levis 501 STF in the states just to see what kind of fades i could get with them. I've also got a pair of skulls in my closet that i haven't started wearin yet.

Edit: Are you in on any of the sufu denim contests. I'm defenitly gonna get a pair of the next ones

The greycasts of yours must have some crazy fading after 20 months. And yeah I agree that diesel are pretty decent quality jeans but there a little to "euro" for me. And yeah dry denim does work best when tight but you can still wear a more relaxed fit and get good results it just takes more time.
