The black Les Paul is the only wireless guitar that works with the Guitar Hero series for Xbox. There's also a wired white X-Plorer (which was originally included with Guitar Hero II), but the Les Paul is significantly better in many respects.
You can buy the X-Plorers separately, but the Les Paul only comes with the GHIII bundle (at least for now).
There is a wireless Fender strat model -- it comes included with Rock Band. Unless you're planning to purchase the full Rock Band bundle (which also includes drums and a mic), I would avoid that fake guitar as I've heard nothing but bad things about it. It's also worth noting that the wireless Les Paul from Guitar Hero III
does work with Rock Band, but the Fender guitar from RB
does not work with GH.
