My friend had his bike stolen along with dozens of others from the bike lockup in his apartment building, and the police had the same attitude with him. I guess B&E and stealing is pretty low down the priorities of the police services.

Indeed. Isn't it strange, however, that they continually find new and better ways to charge people with speeding? Hmm...I wonder why that is...
