Well this is one for the books.... Went downstairs for a smoke in our underground parking in our building, only to walk in on two people smashing all the windows and jacking goods out of almost every car in the lot. They saw us, and started running, but the couldnt get into the elevator lobby, and they couldn't find a opener (presumably that the stole) from their bags to open the car gate. They had crowbars, and so we didn't approach very close, we just told them they were on camera, and that we had a clear picture of their faces. We ran upstairs to our apartment and called 911, and we watched them walk away from the building, scoping other cars. My brother and I then went back downstairs with golf clubs and scoured the area, but they had left. By then, the police had shown up and even they were shocked to see all the break-ins.

I'm just in disbelief at how callous some people can be, and even more amazed at how my smoking actually did some good in this world rather than damage!!

If anyone knows of a guy and a girl, both about 5'8, big black jackets, crowbars, and carrying knapsacks, any information would be appreciated, which I can relay to the police. The guy had stubble and longer black hair under a ball cap, and the chick had faded orange shoulder-length hair with a pale complexion. Both were white, about 18-24 years old.
