As for the review and the penalties, the penalties occurred AFTER the play so the ball would have been turned over to the Ravens THEN the penalties applied. And since the both would have been half the distance to the goal line, the Ravens would have been starting at their 2 yard line.

Actually looking back, I think the touchdown was on 1st or 2nd down after the holding penalty.
