I'm a night driver too. What's with those jerks that pull up behind you and follow? So annoying having headlights in the rearview. Isn't it common sense to keep a nice buffer between vehicles at night? Except trucks. I love pulling up behind a truck going 120. You can basically tailgate the guy knowing that a) you're not putting light into his mirrors, b) you can stop faster than he can, so if he hits the brakes, you'll be fine as long as you're on the ball and c) he'll take care of any wildlife on the road.
oh and of course d) his buddies have already radioed him warning of cops.
