You're right on the false start.. can't they play 'advantage'?
4 and 6 is easier to convert for the Pats than 4th and a foot
As for the last catch, I saw catchs in the cleveland and Dallas game that bobbled less than that and were called back. I would agree with you that it was a catch but the NFL needs to be more consistent.
A question.. it's 4th down and if the play is reviewed and ruled incomplete do the penalties still take affect? The game is over.
