My friends at OSU and alum are worried about the effect the location will have. There will be a good showing of OSU fans, but I think LSU will outnumber them comfortably.
As for the teams - I dont buy OSU. You made some very good points JayP, but they beat teams handly that just arent very good. The beautiful thing is - we'll see in a month who's right.

Of a 75k stadium about 35k are offered to each of the schools, about 5 to 10k at the most are offered locally. For BCS games anyway.
Besides that, OSU will find ways to get their mitts on many of those local tickets. They travel better than any team in the country.
