I was just driving down 9th ave to head to the Flames Christmas sale, and in all the construction between 2nd street and 1st street SW they were pouring concrete into these huge metal containers (to lift with a crane?) on the side of the road. As I drove by, not sure from where, but concrete splattered along the entire length of my car. By the time I parked at the dome, it had hardened.

I don't want to scratch my paint by rubbing it, is there anything I can do to get this off myself? Phone the construction company and make them deal with it?

HELP!
