This is a normal thing when you work in the oil and gas industry, except they don't need a christmas party just an everyday Friday or even a tuesday..
My buddy works for Apache and i have never seen anyone get so drunk in front of his bosses. But they are all so loser pissed so it isn't really the biggest thing..
My advice is to get your boss loser pissed next year just so that he is now the new office drunk..
also try to sleep with one of the hot girls at your work,
