Michigan played Oregon and consistently plays ND. Not really their fault that Weis has coached/Willingham recruited ND to the garbage it is this year. I think that is an okay OOC schedule for today's standards.
Mich St. and Penn St. also played ND. So it looks like the Big Ten was hurt by ND sucking. If they had been at least where they have been lately (9-3, 15th in the nation type numbers) the OOC would look better.
Ohio St. played nobody but did just come off a home and home with Texas, will play a home and home with USC starting next year and I believe I heard they were going to do a home and home with Miami after that. So they have shown a willingness to play tough OOC teams.
Not sure who the big teams that the Big East played OOC to put themselves against a measuring stick. S. Florida played Auburn thats about it.
