Realtor is a good one. If you can get enough clients and do enough work you will make huge dough.
As for bike couriers, I find they do get a bad rep from drivers and from people in general. I wouldn't think of bike couriers matching your topic at all, but maybe I'm wrong. The ones I've dealt with were usually happy go lucky hippies that don't seem too concerned with productivity/performance based pay.
