I'd say that was pretty great service and pretty quick turnaround. I haven't heard of anyone waiting months for theirs personally.

Then allow me to be the first. It took 3 weeks just to get my box. Then it took another 2 months to get my machine back, not without 5 or so extremely frustrating calls to their "customer service" department.
My 360 is fun to play, but if I could have done it again, I'd have went with a PS3. Cripes, I damn near bought one while my 360 was in for repairs.
