Loved the movie.
The lesbian reference , giving back story to Cain's hatred of the Six copy, was interesting.
Most intriguing moment for fans of the series - and a set-up for season 4 - was the Cylon hybrid warning that Kara Thrace would appear at a later date with a promise to lead humanity to salvation, but would instead be the architect of humanity's destruction if they followed her . . . . . and of course, that moment is where season three ended.

A very favourable review of the movie was in the Herald television section today. The reviewer was correct to note that one didn't have to know much, if anything about the series, to step into the movie, which, given the complexity of the series, was pretty remarkable.
