Agreed! I have lived in Calgary and Victoria. The grey weather here is depressing, I actually find the only way around it for me is to fake and bake in the winters here in Victoria. Else I would just go crazy, I don't know what it is.
I would take Calgary's -20 over Victoria's +5. It goes right to the bone here, and at least in Calgary if you are covered up you are good.
1) Calgary
2) Kelowna
3) Victoria
Only three places I would ever live in Canada. Vancouver doesn't even register on my list.
