of course its a cash cow..but you have choice of whether or not you want to contribute..the fact is most accidents happen at intersections...Has anyone here been T-Boned by some ass running a light...its amazing how your perception will change..if it makes people think twice that i am all for it
dont speed and dont run red lights and you wont have to worry about the cash cow..its work for me for a long time now..
