How could anyone say that this is "forcing" her religion onto others? This woman is not saying that she wants all female employees to wear longer skirts, she just wants to be able to make a minor adjustment so her religious beliefs can be met- without affecting her work ethic, safety or general job performance. It should be perfectly fine for her to do that.
