Yep. In fact, they're technically warts--which means that if he were to cut them, they would hurt--and bleed--a lot. He's also had operations done, but in each case the warts just grow back faster.
It's a life-threatening condition, actually--and not only because he's essentially lost the use of his hands and feet. These growths could easily become cancerous, as I learned from watching the video.
