I'm pretty sure that TV had something to do with me deciding at age 3 I would lie down in the middle of the road, so I could get flattened by a steam roller like Yogi Bear.
Not saying TV is the cause of all problems; but there are some ideas that would never enter young minds if they hadn't seen it first hand for themselves.
