I do agree, but, could you imagine trying to pass a vehicle that's driving 110 kph if yours can only go 120 kph max? I think passing on a busy highway would be extremely dangerous if vehicles couldn't speed. Maybe that has something to do with why a lot of trucks govern out at around 155 kph?

Whenever I've made a quick pass and I look at the speedometer, I'm usually going around 140 kph. Only because I want to be in the opposite lane for the least amount of time possible though, I don't actually carry that speed the whole time I'm traveling.
